"So lala" Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Zu bemängeln gibt es, dass das WLAN nicht funktionierte, obwohl dies laut Beschreibung der Fall sein sollte. Weiterhin fiel das Frühstück recht mager aus - es wurde kein frischer Kaffee mehr serviert, als alle Kannen leer waren. In der eigentlich gut ausgestatteten Küche fehlte eine Kaffeemaschine bzw. Wasserkocher. Am schlimmsten war der Service am Empfang. Das Personal war dermaßen unfreundlich und zeigte wenig Hilfsbereitschaft. Für mich stimmte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht.

Near the Plaza The hotel is located very close to the Country Club Plaza, within walking distance. The staff was friendly and the room was a nice value. I recommend this hotel if you have a short stay in KC.

Good location Great location. Hotel staff did not ever smile. Unfriendly actually. Lots of sketchy people hanging out in parking lot area and lobby. Sorry can not recommend.

Close to the Plaza but Just felt like a men's boarding house. The hallways smelled like a combination of odors, check-in people really didn't know what they were doing, Grab and Go Breakfast was a tiny table with coffee containers and no cups and no 'food' to grab and go.
