Adequate property with Inadequate Staffing There's a sign out that they're hiring so I suspect current employees are spread thin, nevertheless, the lack of warmth and professionalism is striking. When the room I'd reserved wasn't available the excuse was "Expedia overbooked us. There are no refunds and there is nothing else in town available." Room was fine. Decent Hotel, Indifferent Staff The hotel is fine. Clean, and located conveniently near the Plaza, Westport and the rest of downtown. The girl who checked us in at the front desk seemed completely disinterested in working there or being friendly. She wasn't rude, but she mumbled and displayed zero enthusiasm for what she was doing. We called shortly after we arrived because our TV remote had no batteries, and were told somebody would be up as soon as possible. What a treasure! We were here briefly to see the Art Museum and Country Club Plaza and the hotel was within a short walk of both.

Wonderful stay! This location is perfect. Everything you could want is within walking distance: dining, shopping, entertainment, and a lovely park. The bed was extremely comfortable, the wifi "friendly," great staff...we will be back!
