Bathroom was dirty when I moved into the room the place is in disrepair. He did not have enough kitchen products like dishes, pots, and pans. There was no point in having a kitchen without any of that all in all it was a horrible experience.

Security deposit I was not happy to find out that I had to pay a $200 security deposit upon checking in. I booked a room online and it mentioned absolutely nothing about a deposit. Overall the room was clean but it didn’t look like it had been swept in a while.

$200 deposit required! I made my reservation and paid in advance. When I got there, the lady at the desk told me that in addition to me paying for the night, they require a $200 deposit that will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days because of this, my husband and I had to find another hotel as like many others we don’t have an extra $200 to hold up for seven business days. Please be advised that this is standard practice at this hotel, and plan accordingly.

The surrounding area was very clean. I did not have a problem with the property. But my room the TV did not work because the cable wasn’t hooked up I did not have a reclining chair in the maintenance man told me he was doing me a favor. Overall the Evening staff horrible!! The two young ladies that checked me in need to give the evening shift lessons in customer service.

Shame on you Expedia! The hotel information on your site indicated a $25 pet fee, which was ok with us. When we arrived, the clerk said there was a $200 pet deposit! I was told the deposit would be reversed when we checked out and the room was cleaned. The room had some issues including a filthy upholstered chair, stains and gouges on a dark blue wall, damaged wood on a side table, and the dishwasher panel was dented.
