NOT HAPPY AT ALL The room was filthy and my 10 month old had dirt/grim all over his socks and knees from 30 mins of crawling around the room.. and he managed to find and start chewing on an old vodka bottle that was under the bed!! GROSS

Room was not cleaned! When we arrived we were told our room wasn’t ready which was no problem. Upon walking in, it smelled as if someone had been smoking in the room, The bed sheets and blankets had visible stains and their was stains on floor, furniture and microwave from clearly not being cleaned. Jewelry was also left visibly hanging on the bathroom mirror from the last guest before, visibly proofing that the room was not cleaned properly.

Disappointed The hotel reception was closed. Phone not working. We were at reception calling the number given for 30 minutes before someone picked th phone and came to check us in. The room had a lot of Highway noise. There was no coffee (for a hotel that advertises grab and go breakfast) they had tea bags but no hot water or creamer.

Trash hotel go elsewhere There was dried urine on my toilet seat Also a security deposit of 200$ for a room that has a nightly rate of 40$ absurd It was marketed as having free breakfast but the lobby wasn’t even unlocked during breakfast hours

They didn’t have a room available and no effort was made to reach out to us. They said that they don’t do late checkins and had no rooms available.

Disappointed. Portrayed as hotel on expedia. Turned out to be a dingy apartment. Mildew in the shower. No receptionist and took a long time to wait for someone to check in.
