My five reservations were to nasty. All the rooms haven’t clean. And one of those the shower is not working

Not good Outer door to the room appearance was poor and a big indicator to how the inside was going to be as well. Cobwebs in corners, the room looked like it was never cleaned before. Dog hair on wood floor through the entire room and bedding. Mattresses were very lumpy and sunk in. Kitchen stove was very outdated that just looking by it you didn’t want to use bc you’d most likely start a fire. Breakfast bar was a poor attempt. The room smelled so bad. I had to leave at 2 AM after arriving from a long trip at midnight. I could not stay in the room.

Would stay there I had my credit card information stolen by the clerk. It was the only place I used my card all weekend for deposit on my room. I didn't get my $100 back and had another $220 CHARGED ON MY CARD. I called Stay America and was told the Hotel would call me , never received a call. I have had no luck trying to Contact a real person at Hotel.com, it seems they have no phone # to talk to a real live person
