The room smelled so bad. I had to leave at 2 AM after arriving from a long trip at midnight. I could not stay in the room.

Would stay there I had my credit card information stolen by the clerk. It was the only place I used my card all weekend for deposit on my room. I didn't get my $100 back and had another $220 CHARGED ON MY CARD. I called Stay America and was told the Hotel would call me , never received a call. I have had no luck trying to Contact a real person at Hotel.com, it seems they have no phone # to talk to a real live person

It was worst than the pictures, very dirty… stains on the floor, pet hair behind the bathroom door, hair on the sheets… The front desk staff was kind enough to let us check in very early, appreciated it. I wouldn’t repeat though.

Is this our new normal? Arrived at 2:34pm no one at front desk. 2:47 pm clerk showed up. Said there were no clean rooms and that he was not sure if there would be any at 3pm (check in time) because he was called in to work to clean rooms because no one showed up. Came back at 3: 06 pm and waited in a lobby full of people for help at the front desk. Got help around 3:15 , mgr repeated that no housekeepersshowed up for work and was not sure what was available. Worse issue first. While the sheets appeared and smelled clean, apparently a child had urinated in the middle of the mattress at the head of the bed. The smell was TERRIBLE. Hotel was full so couldn’t change rooms. Checked for other hotels and all were booked due to activities in the City. Ended up buying a vinyl fitted sheet and 2 blankets to lay on and cover with. Took a while to get checked in 'cause the front desk person was no where to be found. When I finally got checked in the room had roaches. Clothes left in the drawers from previous guest which told me that they didn't clean it thoroughly. They require a $100 deposit so you don't trash the room but they don't clean it.
