The place was not clean, floor was dirty, sheets looked dirty. They didn’t give us enough pillows and when we asked for two extra they said they didn’t have any. Couldn’t even tell me the right location for where I was staying at. The works where not friendly. I would not stay in this hotel ever again.

they charged me for something that i didn't do!! they said that the room smelled liked i smoked in the room!! and i don't even smoke and charged me $350 extra!!! thats ridiculous pay for something that I didn't do

Nothing to like about the property. We ordered a non smoking room and it smelled really bad inside. Told the manager on sight and he said unfortunately I can’t do nothing about it and blew us off. Pictures that the website shows is nowhere near what it is in person. Called Expedia and they couldn’t do anything either even though it was nowhere near what we reserved. Don’t recommend this to anyone

Avoid hotels.com Don’t book with hotels.com. My credit card was charged, received a confirmation email/number but when I showed up I was told no room was available

The nasties place to stay Well the building on the outside looked really nice. But as soon as we walked into the rooms the floors were not swept. The toilets weren’t clean. The shower head was shooting out water from the top. The chair had rips all over it. The bed box spring was broken so the middle of the bed was sunk in. The room had roaches crawling everywhere. The room's walls were grimy. The TV didn't work. When we tried calling the front desk, found the phone didn't work either. Just before heading to the front desk, then discovered old, rotting, half-eaten food next to the wall by the bed. It doesn't get much more disgusting than that. Checked out immediately and headed somewhere else.
