Blood on the sheet. Something growing on the floor. Trash flying in the air. Never here again enough said!
Disappointing Stay The first room I was given was not clean, stains on the counter by the sink. All the tables and the floor was sticky. The chair next to bed smelled bad and had stains too. Got new room, it had roaches in the kitchen area. Too tired to ask for another room again so I had to clean that room myself. Staff service is worst they took 1 hour time just to check in

Filthy room My one night stay, at Extended Stay Lenexa, left me highly dissatisfied. The wood floor in the room was covered in debris from outside, the bathtub drain was clogged with hair, and the furniture was stained. I called front desk to inquire about a broom in hopes he would sweep my floor. I swept, and used my swiffer to wipe the floor. I also unclogged the bath drain so I could shower. It was the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. The hotel did refund my money, and that I am pleased with.

The pictures for this hotel didn't reflect the shabby, filthy condition I found the property to be in. It advertised a gym, but that hasn't been available in two years - since covid. I was given a room that hadn't been cleaned. When I went to get a new room, the front staff didn't apologize (although he did call me in my new room apologizing and making sure things were OK).
