Upon entering the front lobby the desk clerk was short-tempered and rude not only to me but she was complaining to myself and my daughter about the company and other potential guests that were waiting in the lobby. we had live roaches in our room and a dead one as well. Our toilet was stopped up with feces overnight. I always bring my own cleaning products when I travel it was clear that my room and my daughters' room was not cleaned properly. It said it had breakfast, but it didn't. Even didn't give us a coffee or coffee maker for our room.

Dirty overall. Remote had no batteries. No staff to help. Overbooked. Most importantly, the advertised grab n go breakfast was not offered. I expect a refund.

Had to mop my own room. Room barely looked as though it had been cleaned

Opened kitchen drawer to see if there was any silverware (ESA used to have it standard, now you have to request) as i needed a knife. Instead there was a dirty used paper plate, which means housekeeping didnt even look. Where else arent they looking? Also was a clear plastic strip sticking out of the bathroom sink drain and a clear plastic disposable razor guard in the tub drain. Although apparently that was done on purpose to keep the drain up. Floors were not swept or mopped. Multiple hairs in the bed. The appliances were dirty. Chair had multiple stains. No seal under the door so heard constant highway noise and train horns. Had to pay extra for internet that was remotely usable. Tv remote was destroyed and barely holding together. They advertised breakfast on Expedia but said they aren't doing it because of covid which is understandable but they need to take that off the website.

Breakfast was not included like it is advertised, in fact it didn’t exist. There was no coffee or anything. There we no batteries in the TV remote. We were required to pay another $100 for incidentals that we were not told before hand about, and then was told we would lose our money for the hotel if we did not pay that fee. Expedia should have included that in what the initially collected or at least included that it would still be owed once you check in to the hotel.
