Opened kitchen drawer to see if there was any silverware (ESA used to have it standard, now you have to request) as i needed a knife. Instead there was a dirty used paper plate, which means housekeeping didnt even look. Where else arent they looking? Also was a clear plastic strip sticking out of the bathroom sink drain and a clear plastic disposable razor guard in the tub drain. Although apparently that was done on purpose to keep the drain up. Floors were not swept or mopped. Multiple hairs in the bed. The appliances were dirty. Chair had multiple stains. No seal under the door so heard constant highway noise and train horns. Had to pay extra for internet that was remotely usable. Tv remote was destroyed and barely holding together. They advertised breakfast on Expedia but said they aren't doing it because of covid which is understandable but they need to take that off the website.

Breakfast was not included like it is advertised, in fact it didn’t exist. There was no coffee or anything. There we no batteries in the TV remote. We were required to pay another $100 for incidentals that we were not told before hand about, and then was told we would lose our money for the hotel if we did not pay that fee. Expedia should have included that in what the initially collected or at least included that it would still be owed once you check in to the hotel. They claim they will release the $100 back if no damages ... read more
