The shower was broke water didn’t work and they said my deposit was coming back and never did

Checked in late in the evening but no one was around waited 10 min called front desk to be advised only one person working what u want me to do ? Umm well I’d like to check into my room if possible ? Lol advised helping other guests waiter a further 15 min … hire enough staff to cover shifts ur staff r working hard

Should've read the one star rating before booking Dated room, not properly cleaned. There's dead house fly at corners of kitchen sink and stickers (tag) stuck on the floor. Dead phone, can't call front desk... Have reported to front desk, they said they'll look into it. Nothing was done.

The room was dirty, littered with cigarettes buds and smelled cigarette. The surroundings was kept unclean.

The pictures shown on Expedia looked NOTHING like the real thing. The rooms were very dated, the bed sank when you layed on it. The TV was mounted to the wall and couldn’t be adjusted so you really couldn’t watch it from the bed. You heard all the noise from the interstate and train yard across the the road since the walls seemed paper thin. If you’re broke this place is perfect but do yourself a favor and stay at a more expensive place.

I booked this place because they have included breakfast as one of their amenities listed. There is currently no breakfast. The room given to us smelled like cigarettes and liquor. There was no trashcan in the room, we had to improvise and use a bag. Before we left, we saw a cockroach on the floor. We stuck it our because our stay was only 1 night, but please save your money. Go somewhere else.
