Very poor WiFi, bed bugs, and breakfast is only granola bars and instant oatmill. The room itself is not bad.

Please let me know what room you were in.I am not aware of any bed bugs. As far as the WIFI we do offer upgrade for a small fee and we are always working to improve our hotel for our guest. Thanks.

I did have AND LIKE hard surface floors in my room I didnt like NO MASKS, NO SECURITY, NOT EVEN STAFFED AT NIGHT AND EARLY MORNING, SIDE HALLWAY DOORS WHERE OPEN AND CLOSING ALL NIGHT.

When my husband made the reservations through Expedia, he choose the cheapest hotel. Never will do that again. The room smelled like smoke especially in the bathroom. The secure latch on the door was loose. I accidentally touched the plastic strip protecting the corner of the wall next to the bed. I could have easily pulled it off as almost the whole thing was not attached. Our room was at the end of a wing where there was a door to the parking lot. Very outdated and items were left from the previous guest. I felt like the room was never cleaned.

dirty sheets. Tried to call front desk multiple times, nobody answered. Had to go downstairs to tell them about the dirty sheets. They gave us a new room but had to go back down to front desk multiple times so they could activate the keys with the new room.

ended up not staying. we never stayed there. the hotel associate gave us the wrong room key 5 min. before she left and the new associate was no where to be found for almost an hour and then claimed we did not call the front desk and left.

I ruined a pair of white socks walking across the floor! Room smelled of burnt food, cabinets in kitchen were filthy and sticky to the touch.
