The facility was to be a smoke free facility but our room smelled heavily of a combination of smoke and foul odor. The smoke smell was so heavy that it woke us up several times during the night. It was also so bad that our clothes and baggage smelled like the room after arriving home several hours after we left the hotel.

Location of the air unit 😖😖 no room for getting out bed to use bathroom. No ice machine and no type of light the if all lights were off could you see to use bathroom. STAFF very pleasant and helpful!!!

Nice people, poor hotel The employees at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful, but the room was not as presented on Hotels.com, and was in very poor condition. We booked a room with two double beds and sofa-sleeper but were told upon arrival that their rooms were all either two twin-sized beds or a king-size bed (perhaps a misinformed employee?), and that the room we booked had a broken TV. **AVOID THIS PROPERTY** Hotel informed us that our room was canceled upon check in due to the property being over sold and offered ZERO assistance with accommodation. Both management, and the front desk staff was extremely unprofessional. **AVOID THiS PROPERTY*** Special thanks to Expedia for arranging accommodation at not additional cost at a nearby hotel.
Location and price were good. Both times we went to the front desk, we were told they were the only people working. So basically no one could get help.

Ruined weekend This was a small weekend getaway. The reservation got cancelled by someone. I appreciated the text informing me but it ruined my weekend. They gave me a coupon for 50.00 off the next reservation. My husband isnt satisfied with that. He believes we should be given free accommodations for our next trip. I cant give a fair rating to anything since we didnt get to stay.
