Not too good Hotel services was horrible 😫i got bitten by bedbugs all over my body.

Awful experience!! Arrived to be rudely told they had no room for us even though we had made reservations and no refund or alternate accommodations offered after an hour on hold! Called back and was on hold 1 hour 47 minutes in order to get a refund but no alternative for accommodations.
Very old and dirty and smell was terrible. Do not recommend.

In the positive side, the staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. There was no free breakfast as advertised and no convenient restaurants. There is a kitchen, however you need to bring your own dishes, cups, etcetera. There wasn’t even a paper cup or napkin. The room was dirty, sticky, greasy fingerprints and food particles on the nightstand, debris and stains on the carpet, and smears across the glass and television screen. SLEEPING SOUNDLY AND WAS STARTLED TO AN UNAUTHORIZED GUEST TRYING TO GET INTO OUR ROOM. The overnight staff member gave an unauthorized person (GUEST) a key to OUR room. READ THAT AGAIN!! SERIOUSLY!?! At 4:52am the person tried to enter our room and my spouse and I were equally panicked and scared. Thank goodness for the deadbolt. Won’t be returning This hotel has really went down hill. The first room reeked of cigarette smoke horribly, moved to another and there was a flooding issue. We left and had to find another hotel. Won’t be returning.

I didnt like being surprised with an additional $100 deposit. The room did not have several things you would expect...shampoo, hair dryer, etc. The included breakfast was non existent

Hotel was absolutely disgusting! Whole first floor wreaked of old trash and stale smoke! Pulled back covers of the bed and found multiple hairs including some curly coarse ones! We demanded a refund and went to the Sheraton!
