Bathroom shower curtain smelly and dirty, as was the carpet. Lots of stains. It was gross.

I had paid online for my booking and when I got there to check in the lady told me there was a $100 holding fee…even though I paid online. No where online or anything did it mention a $100 holding fee…was not pleased at all to find this out when checking in.

From the outside the property looks absolutely lovely. The lobby was nice and clean. I went to my room and pulled back the sheet as I always do and there was bedbugs… I can’t stay there. The people at the desk were nice. It was a decent room for the money… Unless you don’t like bedbugs… OMG. I had to get another hotel real quick as they had no affiliated property they could send me to.

The worst hotel I ever stayed in my life, you can feel bad smell immediately after the lobby area, room smell so bad, broken couch, old furniture, old style bathroom, nothing to be praised except the lady on reception. Waist of money and a night

That it had a refrigerator and stovetop. Bad thing we had to remove our own trash and upon arrival couldn't check in until we paid an additional $100 deposit

Waited 20 minutes at the front desk to check in. There was a sign placed at the check in counter to ring the bell or call customer service number, both of which nobody responded. Finally a gal came to check us in and acted like it was no big deal that a long line had formed while she was nowhere to be found. The entire hotel also had an unpleasant odor about it. Bed was very hard and the room was very hot upon check in. We definitely will not be back!

Expedia double booked several rooms at the hotel. When we showed up, no room was available. We will not be using Expedia for hotels again.
