When I arrived they told me the hotel was booked. My room I reserved wasn't saved.

Horrible experience We were disappointed.We found dead bugs in the bed. There were dead baby cockroaches under the covers. Told the front desk and she wasn’t very friendly. Will never stay there again. And the hide a bed was filthy and no sheets or covers for it. Our daughter had to sleep on the couch. Thank god we brought her cover with her. After we checked in and went to go eat our key didn’t work when we got back.

This property is infested with roaches!! In the room there roaches crawling everywhere. We told the front desk and the gentleman told us he understood and for us to call Expedia to get our money back

We had three rooms, one room had 4 towels one room had 3 towels and the other one had no towels. If we wanted another towel we had to take our wet towels to the desk and they would give us another one. Never heard of that before. Also very sketchy people wren hanging around the hotel at night. Ladies going in and coming out that I know didn’t have a room there.

When we checked in we discovered the pullout bed wouldn't work, there was trash under it and what appeared to be vomit on the bed. Then, the remote was missing a battery. After finding short pubic like hairs on the dining table, sticky residue on chairs and several other surfaces, we proceed to the front desk. I was told that there were no other rooms and they would "try" to send someone up. No one came.
