I booked it for a nicer stay but it ended up dirty, uncomfortable and the worst experience I have had at a hotel.

The property smelled like marijuana. Our room was near an exit and was very loud with people going in and out all night long. Could hear everything from the room next door including yelling. Did not feel safe as the dead bolt was hard to lock.

It’s was terrible I wasn’t my money back the bed had a stain on it

staff very crabby , never stay there again, kinda dirty and outdated

When we got to our room, the toilet was backed up. We called the front desk to let them know and they said they would send someone up. When we got back several hours later it was still not fixed so we called the front desk again and they told us where we could find plungers to fix it ourselves if we didn’t want to wait for maintenance. My boyfriend fixed it in 2 minutes instead of having to wait several hours. I booked a suite 2 double beds non smoking for my friend and I. Got put in a suite with a king bed and sofa sleeper when I called down to the front desk about this the lady working ( also the one who checked me in) told me Expedia changed my reservation and when asked if a room with the double beds was available I was told no. She also said that Expedia counted a king bed and sofa sleeper as double occupancy. They gave away my room and i had to sleep in my car because all other hotels were full because of the Chiefs Vikings game :(

Beds were very hard and pillows flat. Also the heat just kicks on whenever making the room miserable to sleep in

When I looked at the reviews at hotel.com it seems a reasonable place for a decent price. But the rooms and equipments in the room including bath tub are sub par. Not sure why you would have such a low quality on faucets and kitchen appliances. Upon arrival I was told the recliner chain is broken if thats ok with you, why would you have a room up for booking if it had broken things. Not coming back here or any extended stay for that matter.
