Elevator reeked of smoke -- perhaps weed. Room was terrible: bathtub faucet was broke --- literally the cap was off. Door to bathroom jammed. Stove dirty. Plenty of issues

Stayed 4 nights, zero housekeeping service to room, had to get towels/toilet paper at desk. Full sized bed not queen, no hangers, was told they were “all out” of do not disturb signs & told by staff to tape a note to our door! No coffee outside breakfast hours. RARELY saw any staff in evenings.

Noisy with cheap breakfast I only needed a place to stay overnight and this barely supplied that. The room was clean, though a bit cramped and poorly designed. The bed was squished into a small area which was hard to navigate around. There was a huge amount of wasted space so it was awkward. Bigger issue was the noise from other rooms easily penetrating the walls. There was music playing and a dog barking at one point, let alone talking coming from other rooms. They sold our room to other people even though I booked this property on Expedia 12/21/19 for the weekend of 2/14-16. They said their computer should have stopped taking reservations when they were full. Since I booked two months in advance I don’t buy that reason. We arrived by 7:15 pm so it wasn’t late at night or close to no show! Horrible service!
