I think your motel needs to place cameras on each floor. We kept having disturbances during the night and your people were not able to identify where they were coming from. If there had been cameras this would have been able for them to handle. At about 1:30 in the morning a person was hollering for their mom to open the door to the room. This was so loud it woke me up even though it was down the hall. About 2 hours later someone was very loudly pounding on a door. That time I called the desk. Weird smell through whole property. Smoke smell in my non smoking room. Outdated. Just didn’t feel clean

At check in the hotel staff was unable to locate the reservation. We were also told that no double rooms were available. Afer a phone call to Expedia, we were able to check in. Hotel staff not helpful.

It was stained and dingy. The bed was a full not a queen. It was a last minute booking and i won't be staying at this hotel again.

Bed bugs on the let out couch and the room was not very clean at all the appearance of the tub was very nasty. It’s been about three years since we stopped through and this quality of excellence has dropped tremendously. Very very disappointed not a fan of Kansas anyway.

Our room was dirty. After walking on the floors barefoot, the bottoms of our feet were black. The shower still had hair all over it from previous guests. The bed sheets had stains on them. Our refrigerator leaked all over the kitchen floor. This will likely be our last time staying at this location.

The front desk ran my credit again when I had already paid for my room online. When I asked why she was running my card again she said she wasn't. The room stank and the bathroom was filthy, hairs and mold in the shower and stained towels. Overland Park is a nice area of Kansas City, but this hotel is nasty and they will try to rip you off. When I called back and demanded a refund of the double charge for my room which they said they weren't doing, they said it would take a few weeks to get back to me about it and to keep ch... read more
