THIS HOTEL IS DISGUSTING--WORST I HAVE EVER MY ROOM HAD GIANT BED BUGS! The most horrifying and disgusting hotel experience I have ever had. And I am going to get all over social media to talk about it. It was DISGUSTINGLY dirty and phone didn't work, lights didn't work and TV did not work. FOUL!

I should have known when I walked into the lobby that this was NOT a good hotel to stay at. The lobby was rough, but I though I’ll give it a try. I went into my room and the kitchen area looked like something from a 1960’s trailer home (I grew up in one). The cabinets and countertops had such old water damage that every part of the wooden area was swollen and nasty. The bed sheets seemed stained white, not white or tan, but dirty stained white. I would not have stayed had it not been for the substantial discount. Front desk clerk was not available for sometime, then appeared inadequately trained. Some parts of room were dirty enough I could write my name in the dust. Basic facility was clean and quiet, however, having stayed with the chain before, it was a big disappointment.

Sketchy AF Sketchy hotel. I booked a double bed. When i got there they gave my room to someone. So they had another room to give me but the front desk went to check it and said someone was in there and the door was locked. I ended up getting a really crappy single bed room the refrigerator was not working either. The carpet was damp and the pillows were so flat. Room 223

Checked into room 125 on June 9th, 2021. Immediately notice a smoke and urine smell then noticed not only was there no bedding but the mattress had a massive urine stain. Left the room right away and told the front desk the room was dirty and asked for a refund.

The worst stay of my life. They gave us a room on the third floor, which was ok... the problem is we could only take showers with boiling hot water or cold, because when we try regulate the hot and cold,it just gets very very hot or very cold.....so we would turn on the pipe in the kitchen and the pipe at the sink in the bathroom, and keep both of them on the hot side,then try to adjust the hot and cold in the shower.... Ew I went to use a pre-wrapped cup snd the bottom cup was unwrapped and disgusting. The bathtub was dirty and the room obviously hadnt been vavuumed. The check in lady was super friendly been when checking out the next lady didnt seem concerend at all and passed it off as "we have a new girl, maybe she got tired " Overall very unimpressed
