Bugs in the bathroom, beds hard as a rock, no Kleenex’s in the room, no trash can in bathroom. Found a used fork by one of the beds, nothing was plugged in when we got to the room, lamps, clock and so on.

Our stay here was meh the place was older and a little ran down. The kicker for me though was a roach I told the front desk and she was emotionless about it indicating to me this was a regular thing. Also VERY disappointed they didn’t serve breakfast but considering the roach in our room they may have did me a favor. NEVER again here and it wasn’t even that cheap.

Nothing to like about this property except it's proximity to the area hospitals. Don't ever stay here! Before I went through the front door I noticed a trash can full and running over on the ground. The carpet in the foyer was nasty with dog hair everywhere. The floor around the check-in desk was filthy with numerous liquid splatters and stains. Good street presence. Room looked over a greenspace. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was dirty. Broken outlet, missing coverplate, smoke detector covered with plastic bag, dirty floor and surfaces.

Room was not completely clean. There was visible trash under the refrigerator & dried food on the front door of the refrigerator. The alarm clock did not work & looked like wire had been cut. Advertise "free grab and go breakfast" which consisted of "coffee only."

Unpleasant Stay Reservation made & paid b4 arrival. When I arrived I was told there's a 100.00 deposit. The elevator was FILTHY. Reserved & paid for a queen bed, it was a double, bathroom was dirty stool had burn matk on seat. Outside of refrigerator was FILTHY
