Wouldn't recommend this place. No hot water in the bathroom sink, shower hot water barely lasted 10 minutes. Found previous tenants hair in the bed. No breakfast which was supposed to be included, no coffee downstairs or in the room, most of the advertised amenities weren't included. Drawers were filthy, no Tissues, bed was unlevel definitely won't be staying here again or recommending to anyone

Stay somewhere else! The front desk isn't helpful. Had to get new keys daily, lights in room were broken, table had 2 broken legs so obviously it wobbled, freezer had a block of ice in it upon arrival, cold showers one day

Very dirty halls, elevator and public areas. Room wasn’t terrible although there were nasty looking stains on the curtains and a big dent or hole in the wall. Halls stunk terribly to the point of making me nauseous. Also changed a $100 deposit when I checked in that was not mentioned anywhere previously.

Will Pick a Different Hotel Next Time The rooms are dated. We only had one towel when we entered the room and there were no plates, cups, or silverware in the kitchenette. The shower head barely delivered enough water to get you wet and the temperature control for it took about a minute to reach final temperature after a change. The second floor hallway had a funky odor.

I hate to ever give a bad review, but the only good thing I can say is that the poor woman at the front desk was very sweet, but hugely overworked. She was sweating when she got to the desk and said she needed to check our room before we went up because she’d been working alone for many hours and hadn’t had a chance. It was obvious she just touched it up and it hadn’t been cleaned. The sheets had hair on them. There was a bug in the tub and when I tried to rinse it down the water wouldn’t drain. We stayed overnight at this property, and roaches were crawling everywhere. My wife hates roaches and couldn’t sleep that night!

Within the first few mins of being in our room we found 4 cockroaches. We did ask for a full refund I was told that it was credited back to my card but I haven’t seen it yet. I will never stay at this hotel brand again. Highly disappointed
