Bad staff Management came to room at 8:30 threatening to call cops because someone complained about my daughter opening and closing the recliner in the room repeatedly

My stay at extended stay I was charged twice for my room which resulted in my card being disabled very inconveinant

Excellent location,poor service from managers! I have been using this facility about one year now. I loved it until they had recent management changes. Current day time manager has a poor attitude regarding checking in visitors. I am now frequently told there are no rooms available despite coming at night and finding the parking lot empty. The manager and given me unclean rooms and Ive had to change room frequently on day shift with them there. Some rooms reaked of smoke, others had pet dander. I’m really not picky with rooms; simply want them clean with smooth check ins. Front desk called asking if I was coming; told him I was driving and would be there within 30 minutes. Once we arrived, he struggled to find a room for me and said he almost gave it away and that’s why he called but he didn’t since I told him I was on my way (I prepaid for the room). He finally found one on the computer and physically ran to “make sure it’s clean” then gave us the room card. We shuffled our stuff up and opened the door but the TV ... read more

I need my money back i never stayed there i went to a different hotel due to roaches crawling all over in the room

Extremely noisy , smokers smoking around entrances, shower area did not look very clean and shower was COLD. Will NOT use Exepdia again.

Room next door had tv on very loud at 1:00am. We called the front desk, they did nothing. The air conditioner is not just very loud, but it makes a high pitch squeak all night. The breakfast can hardly be called that. It didn’t even have proper coffee. The “bold” setting was clearer than black tea.

Room was not clean when I got there and I had to wait 45 minutes for a manager to clean another room so that I could have clean sheets and towels. There really is no continental breakfast . And the rooms were kind of old had patched holes in the walls there was no clock radio
