Hidden charge fee As of my reservation my check out date wad Tuesday may 28th but I check out one day early Monday 27th then when I called to get refund they said there is no record that you check out early

Very dirty - staff was nice but the place is a mess - choose another place - don't go here.

Stinks As soon as we walked in the room, it smelled so bad. We asked for air freshener and the receptionist gave us one that literally only had water, it did not have a smell so that was no help. Not satisfied at all. Smelled lasted all night

Sad hotel stay Needed a place to stay for the night. Musty smell throughout the hotel. Needs to be updated. Bathroom didn’t even have a blow dryer. Morning breakfast was not very appealing.

The room smells bad, location it’s good but, they don’t have continental breakfast, only coffee granola bars and some oatmeal.

The room was very clean. However, the hotel Staff/Receptionist was rude and disrespectful. I arrived with 10 family members to attend a funeral. She not professional and yelled to me "if you don't like our policy, you can take your money back and get out!"

They gave my room to another one. I stand in front of front desk one half hour and waited to solve. The room has bedbugs then they gave me a new room, but i sitll was bited. No hairdryer

If you have any other option, take that one We stayed here because of its close location to Overland Park Regional Medical Center. Our flight was delayed but we were unable to notify the front desk because there was no one answering the phone, so it kept rolling over to the reservations line. We arrived at 1:30AM and when we got to the floor where our room was located, there was so much cigarette smoke in the hall, we could have been in a bar.
