I never did get a check and you told me that my reservation was confirmed and I even called ahead to reconfirm even though you told me I didn’t have to do that and yet when I arrived at the property before their state a check and cut off I was told that my room is been sold to someone else and I was on my own! when I protested they told me that overbooking was routine ! when I insisted they find me another room they said there were no rooms available in their sister properties. when I told them I wasn’t leaving the front des... read more
The smell from be the sewer lines were so bad that be you couldn't sleep.

my husband and I waited approximately 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check us in, he was very rude and mumbled everything to where we couldn't even hear him. He never really greeted us or told us how to get to my room. Just handed us our cards and went back to what he was doing.

The breakfast was not really in breakfast. The cleanliness of the rooms was horrible. The staff was friendly and courteous. But everything else was a nightmare would never stay again
