Listen you can't advertise having a kitchen when there were no silverware, plates, cups, nothing to cook with. I'm talking 4 cabinets and four drawers and nothing in any of them. No I've machine because they want you to use I've trays. Well if you just checked in and your thirsty your out of luck. Bed was hard only two pillows for Queen bed furniture was old. The biggest thing is the kitchen why have a stove and cabinetry if there is nothing for folks to use to cook with?

The property was nice and clean the first staff meeting me was great the manager at check out was a rude ass person that has no business dealing with customers. The issue was because the shower wouldn't get above warm water at the same time the sink had very hot water I had to take and clean up at the sink told them they needed to have it checked out as it was an issue with the control valve he only wanted to tell me I didn't know what I was talking about as others had rented the room 223 and never complained. Walls to Thin! It was very loud till very late in the night. You could hear everything through the walls and everyone out in the hall. It didn’t quiet down till well after midnight. Very hard to get to sleep.

Snow Storm we had to switch rooms heat in room did not work. change rooms bath tub stopper was out nasty drain hair in the tub rough towels poor soap and No continental breakfast. snow storm is the reason I took my family there. for a great area that place went down Fast What happen?

Bare bones facility Long checkin Out of coffee for so called breakfast. Only a couple of granola bars left

Checked in fine. Went to the room turn my tv in and the picture had static. It was cable so I tried tightening the cord and no improvement. Then decide to shower at approx 1800 and the water got lukewarm. There was leftover food in the fridge, and under the bed was dirty with pieces from the box spring.

No cups or utensils in the room. Lamps did not work properly. No hairdryer in the room. After two days I requested the room be cleaned and I was told rooms get cleaned only after seven days. I won’t be staying in another extended stay American hotel again. Very bad experience.
