Checked in fine. Went to the room turn my tv in and the picture had static. It was cable so I tried tightening the cord and no improvement. Then decide to shower at approx 1800 and the water got lukewarm. There was leftover food in the fridge, and under the bed was dirty with pieces from the box spring.

No cups or utensils in the room. Lamps did not work properly. No hairdryer in the room. After two days I requested the room be cleaned and I was told rooms get cleaned only after seven days. I won’t be staying in another extended stay American hotel again. Very bad experience.

Breakfast was not a breakfast. There was no conditioner, I have never been to a hotel where conditioner was not available. Hair in the bathroom and room that was not ours upon arrival. The luggage cart was broken and falling apart.

no hot water at all, the room was clean, however the pipes and plumbing made noises all night, the wall heater/air conditioner did not work. one of the drawer would not stay closed

Smoke smell every where They claimed to be sold out from what was confirmed, but ended up giving it to us after I argued. The entire place smelled like smoke, including the non-smoking room. Beds and pillows were not any good. The only plus was location.

Very dirty The bedroom was dirty and had bed bugs really bad. Had to go to ER. I was switched to another room and it had bed bugs also

Location was great but I couldn't log on to their WiFi and the Staircase smelled like smoke.
