Poor choice of hotel. Room definitely was not as advertised. No in room coffee pot. No kitchen anything. Barely had soap and shampoo. Room was outdated and needing repair. Front desk wouldn’t answer the phone. Would not recommend unless you are desperate.

The location was the only good thing about this place. The room smelled horrible and the bed was too hard!

Only adequate Low cost hotel was good for sleeping. Kitchen wasn’t equipped with anything. We didn’t even have a cup to take medicine, neither a kitchen glass nor a disposable cup in the bathroom. Front desk was left unattended while the desk clerk performed cleaning duties elsewhere in the hotel. Breakfast had no fruit or juice. Options were coffee, hot chocolate, packaged muffins, granola bars, and oatmeal packets. If your expectation is low, this will be a fine place to stay.

Had to change dates of stay and room arrangement. The management didn't honor the rate their clerk quoted me for the stay and up-charged us significantly. We won't stay there again

Front desk clerk tried telling me I didn't have a reservation and that they were booked I showed them email, and spelled my name 3 times and he had misspelled my name. The the in the room had to be turned up all the way to barely hear (we were in the area for my fiance to take a class so I spent more time in the room than I normally would). There was no fitted sheet on our bed I asked front desk for one it never came. Had to get the top sheet to stay best we could and use the blanket as a top sheet

Will not stay at extended stay anywhere again Already did and will be calling this evening

Disappointing Property is going downhill. Rooms are not cleaned properly and are just not kept up maintenance wise. Staff is unprofessional.

Not recommended for everyone This hotel didn't have any coffee pots, so we moved to the Shawnee Mission location which is an exterior location. It's very inconvenient when you have to go to the office to pick up a coffee pot, and dishes, and there's no maid service unless you stay over 7 days, so if you want fresh towels you have to take your towels to the office and exchange your old towels for new ones. Just didn't work for us, and I would think twice before ever staying at an Extended Stay again!

Bed bud bugs I walked into the room after a long day of travel and made the mistake of setting my bags on the bed. I want to go move a blanket and saw multiple bedbugs I am mediately went downstairs and was able to be refunded but be warned
