Disappointing Property is going downhill. Rooms are not cleaned properly and are just not kept up maintenance wise. Staff is unprofessional.

Not recommended for everyone This hotel didn't have any coffee pots, so we moved to the Shawnee Mission location which is an exterior location. It's very inconvenient when you have to go to the office to pick up a coffee pot, and dishes, and there's no maid service unless you stay over 7 days, so if you want fresh towels you have to take your towels to the office and exchange your old towels for new ones. Just didn't work for us, and I would think twice before ever staying at an Extended Stay again!

Bed bud bugs I walked into the room after a long day of travel and made the mistake of setting my bags on the bed. I want to go move a blanket and saw multiple bedbugs I am mediately went downstairs and was able to be refunded but be warned

Do not book this hotel This hotel says complimentary breakfast but one of the first things that the clerk tells you is that its not really breakfast but a grab and go coffee and granola bar. I specifically searched hotels that have breakfast in the morning. Our rooms look bland and uncared for. The clock doesnt work, One bed had hair on the sheets and the other had a blood stain.. not like a blood stain thats been washed but more like a blood stain that dried and the sheets re-used. THE WORST EVER I stay at extended stay at over land park for 7 days I had the worst stay ever place was dirty already never been clean and never had a house keeping and bags of garbage all over for 5 day No one took care anything there. WiFi never existed and tv a night mare . Defenitly never going back to exetende stay at all .

Convenient but disappointing There appears to be only one person running the place. Front desk was friendly. It needs to be renovated badly. The remote had no batteries, half the lamps did not work. A towel that was on the Hallway floor stayed there for 2 days. Luckily I had no intention to use the kitchen because there were no utensils. There were no hangers in the closest. People were sitting on the floor in the hallway. I slept with the light on for security purposes.

Staff friendly Our room had a studio kitchen that online stated was stocked but didn’t have anything, not even a coffee pot. Got a cup of coffee from front breakfast counter and there was a dead bug in my cup after pouring. Someone near was smoking heavily and it smelled up our room the entire time. Not a very clean place. Will not be back
