Find a different hotel It was evident this hotel room was not cleaned. There was a ring inside the toilet that develops when the bowl has not been cleaned. There was remnants of the previous guests use of the toilet too. The floor around the bed had not been vacuumed. The listing indicates a complementary continental breakfast. This included coffee and a granola bar.
terrible Someone other than myself tried to enter room with a key at 2:30 am luckily security latch on door no working elevator I'm legally disable was placed on 3 rd floor

Skip this hotel.... I'm normally not one to complain. However the staff here were very rude, unprofessional and incompetent. I would not recommend anyone staying here. It may be cheap, but you get what you pay for. I was very disappointed.

Kansas City I stayed here for two nights. I never had room service, while checking in I was told that I could only check in at 3:00pm (It was 2:00pm) and the coffee was terrible. Great location but staff was lacking any social skills.

never again Overall a terrible experience. Booked room on line. Arrive to location they overbooked so I had to get two separate rooms. They charged me for both even though they overbooked. Staff not frIendly. Front counter never was attended. Room not cleaned once in 4 days. No towels. Had to plunge my own toilet because to staff on duty. I would shut this place down. Horrible
