never again Overall a terrible experience. Booked room on line. Arrive to location they overbooked so I had to get two separate rooms. They charged me for both even though they overbooked. Staff not frIendly. Front counter never was attended. Room not cleaned once in 4 days. No towels. Had to plunge my own toilet because to staff on duty. I would shut this place down. Horrible

F minus ! Did not get to stay there! Made reservations early March, went to the facility on Friday May 12 about 1 o'clock to see about early check in, rooms (3) not ready. Gal at the desk said has to be after 3 so housekeeping could finish cleaning. We were going to the races and it would be late when we came back, she said no problem we will have the paperwork ready. Never again!!! The rooms were dirty. The night manager checked 3 rooms before he gave me a room and they were dirty at 5:30 pm. The room he gave me was dirty as well so I checked out without staying. The manager apologized and said I would get a refund. So far no refund!

Rude Staff The room was adequate but the service was horrible. Slow to check in and check out. When I requested a copy of the receipt the front desk emaployee refused to give me one and refused to give me information on the rate I was being charged. He was very rude. He was unfriendly and rude at check in and was the same way upon checking out.

last minute stay it was terrible. the smell of cigarettes, urine, etc. everywhere in the building although the building is supposed to be smoke free.

Stay elsewhere. At check in, they made me sign something that stated they were guaranteed "100% smoke free" before I even walked into my room. I signed it and figured it would be like the other hotels who promise that. When I walked into the room, the windows were open and the stench of cigarette was very apparent. All three nights I stayed, there was cigarette smoke coming through the bathroom vent.
