Had bed bugs I let them know and they dint even change the sheets blood stains terrible experience

3/4" gap under door so cold wind in room & noisy. Shower curtain too short so water all over the floor after shower. Phone didn't work. 3-day old ice & snow made parking lot unsafe. No cups, glasses, coffee maker, ice machine. No bath mat. Bed & pillows uncomfortable and sheets didn't fit. Had to walk through 1" standing water to get to my room. Plus $200 deposit required on check-in. Never have seen this! Staff was friendly but check-in took way too much time.

Filthy discussing place. They do not clean under the beds. Full of dust . Found used condoms and a slipper under my bed.

They require a $200 deposit for the stay - this was more than the cost of the rooms for 2 nights. There was an extra dresser and tv in the room, shoved into the closet; I guess they had forgotten where they had put it. There was also a problem with small black ants on the counter. The rooms were cheap and you get what you pay for but the amount of the deposit was a bit much considering what we got.
