Our non-smoking room smelled of smoke and paired with cigarette burns on the wall and linens. After check in, the staff was unavailable after 3 attempts to contact them. I cannot recommend this hotel at all.

Didnt have my reservation thats was made 2+ weeks prior, we called to confirm multiple times they had us confirmed arrived and told they only had one room and it needed to be cleaned at 530 pm.

Dirty carpet. Table not wiped off. Toilet did not flush. Musty smell. Just a nasty place.

TRUE ROACH MOTEL!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I was in the room for an hour and couldn’t take how dirty it was so I left. A roach must’ve gotten in me in the process and followed me because I found it later running around the floor!!! SO GROSS!! I attempted multiple times to get a refund but was told the approver or manager wasn’t there to do it and I need to call back when they were. How convenient.

The property had stairs under construction. By my original room. They didn't tell me .until I got there. My mom had disability. We had to go to first room. Which was tooooooooo far away because of the construction. Plus the price was higher than advertised. I will be er go there again. I almost wanted my money back. But my mom needed a riom

Very unhappy with reservation Still trying to get my money refunded they took out of my account- we went Friday to check in I had my reservation on my phone with confirmation # they did not hav my reservation they had another person for 3 days . They said I could cancel and get a new room which 2 days was taken out of my credit card- called hotels.com was on hold- to see what the confusion was -left the hotel to go out to eat at 7 pm (still on hold during our meal - no answer we went to another hotel and paid for 2 nights - ... read more
