horrible had to kill roaches the whole time i was there,and loud guess

Arrived and great greeting. Made my way to room dropped off bag and headed out to attend a meeting and then pick up my grandkids. No double beds, no roll away available, but did get two extra pillows promptly. First night, no television station would come in longer than 5 seconds. The young lady made every effort to assist in getting the channels to work properly and since it was after 9 pm there’s truly nothing else she could have done. So no TV! Not comfortable Unfortunately our stay at the hotel was not so pleasant, too noisy people arguing, screaming running in the early morning, second we asked for an extra towel and they never brought it, there was nothing more than a soap we asked for shampoo they never brought it, the bathroom was dirty the Bathtub was not well washed, unfortunately our stay was not comfortable.

Puke infront of my room door To start the night off, I arrive and was forced to wait outside the lobby for 20 mins while the employee helped another client that arrived at the same time as me. They were let in and I was locked out. The employee and customer stood around and I wasn't let in until another customer wanted to be let in. Then the second customer was helped before me even though I had waited outside in the rain. Finally got my room key and started to unload my car. Never again Absolutely never again. There was no one at the front desk when i went to check in. And when i called the front desk from my cell phone they answered their wireless phone and had an attitude when i told them i was at the front desk to check in. Than when i got to the room the tv didnt work and they wouldnt switch us to a new room. Than when i went to take a shower and get a towel down from the rack i saw someone elses hair all on the towel. Meh... doesn't match up with typical ESA not very clean, didn't seem like they cleaned the room well, had defects in many places. Advertised for breakfast but when I asked, I was told just come to office in the morning if I want something, saying that they only have muffin & granola bar... Room also only had 2 tiny pillows... I stayed at other extended stay america before but never been disappointed like this particular location.

Ever again It wasn't clean, the bed tipped if you sat on it, i left about an hour into the stay i asked for a refund was told it would be the next morning to which it wasn't, when called they said it would be 6 to 7 days the only thing they refuded was 35.00 out of the 185.
