The 1st room we was placed in was not ready even 30 minutes after check in. The front desk moved us to another room. The remote didn't work. The phone didn't work. We was tired so we crashed for the night. Coming back for the next night we couldn't get back in our room. Went to the front desk and was told we was trying to get in the wrong room. We knew what room we was in and where our stuff was left. After getting our keys changed back to our room we go back and other

No parking, people hanging around looked like druggies, in and out loud all night. Check was cool. First room they put us in was not cleaned from the previous people so they switched us to an upstairs room, i needed down stairs. Frig and freezer was disgusting, carpet was filthy, bathroom was not clean. I will never stay here again. I'm afraid to stay at any Extended Stay. Huge waste of money.

My bed was so dirty full of hair and the tables were dirty. I had to leave form being so disgusted! The check in was easy. I probably wouldn’t go back to this property even though I’ve been here several times before. I do have pictures and video.

Man was rude when I was calling trying to check in

Still disappointment. Smoking is a big problem at this location

Needs to be deep cleaned Breakfast was a box of granola bars. Bathroom and kitchen both needed a good cleaning. Lobby photo is inaccurate, the breakfast area is where those two chairs are located. The photo showing the coffee, oatmeal and basket of treats is the entirety of the breakfast available.
