There was a $200 deposit that was not mentioned when I booked the room, and the room had been smoked in.

No stay The place was packed and they announced at the desk that there was a $200.00 deposit required. They kept my money and refused to allow cancellation.

Absolutely DO NOT stay here. The rooms we were put into were absolutely filthy, with dirty shoe marks on the floors, animal hair in floor boards coming up, dirty hand prints in the bathroom, a smoking smell in a supposed non-smoking room. I wouldn't even let my kids sit on the bed. We prompty called the front desk and let them know we would not be staying here and would be seeking a refund. When we initially checked in we told the receptionist that we would need an early checkout because we were leaving very early and were assured there would be no issues. When we got to our room, the place was TRASHED. A lamp was knocked over, no pillows on the bed, pictures and mirrors taken off the wall, Tv missing, cabinets taken out and blocking the way to the bathroom. They make you pay a 200dollar deposit on top of the daily rate. The property is like the projects. They only have one good employee, the rest are rude as hell and well have you staying in a dirty room.

Room was trashed when we got there we had to clean the room.. We never got a blanket the hole time we were there . we had to go up to office to get clean towls

Smoke-filled room When I first arrived around 3PM, my room was not ready as it had not been cleaned (I was told). I told the desk clerk I would return after dinner with my family, and when I arrived at 9pm to check in there was no one at the desk. There was a sign to call a number, and it was the desk clerk who said she was cleaning a room for me.
