The property was dirty the staff was horrible minus one young lady. they are paying guest to clean rooms because the housekeeper aren't doing their jobs.

When I opened the door to what was supposed to be a non-smoking room, the room was filled with smoke. They had just finished cleaning it as they made me wait to check in. Something splattered across ceiling, stain on bed spread, and hardwood floor felt dusty.

The bathroom door had a hole the size of my head. And the room stunk like stale cigars and its suppose to be a non smoking room.

Not family friendly Room smelled like cigarettes, tub didnt drain very well, phone outlet was not secured to wall, tv remote in poor condition- as if a dog chewed on it, dog in room next door kept barking,.. mostly, im pretty sure few call girls were using rooms for hourly rates (if you know what i mean). I will never ne returning to this facility.

Just go over budget at a better hotel!! Terrible smoke smell permeating every thing (including pillows), cigarette burns on table/countertops. Floor was disgusting, thick film that I could see someone else's footprints in (not my sole design or size). Activated charcoal and an open box of baking soda didn't even reduce the odor!

1st room they put us in smelled musty and the shower had no hot water, they ended up movong us to a different room because of the shower issue. I understand thay we have haf to make alot of changes to the way we run business do to covid. But no coffee available anywhere pn site is a let down. Will not stay here again
