I arrived at 1 am. The front door was locked and the front desk vacant. A note on the door gave me a local number which was not answered or a phone north of the entrance to national reservations. The person at the other end called the front desk and the manager and got no answer. They said they could't help me. I had to walk next door (it was 25 degrees) and spend $75 at Quality Inn. The next day the manager at Extended Stay said the front desk person was in the laundry. INSTALL A DAMNED DOORBELL!

We got there at 2am, and no one was at front counter, and when the guy came it was after 10 minutes and it was super cold, the breakfast they advertise i'ts a coffee with a little muffin, when ask the clerk if we can check out later she said 12 o'clock is the best she can do.

When arrived there was no desk person. She was later found in a vacant room sleeping or something. A group of guest waited 45 min or so for a person to arrive. Left and went to a different hotel.

I had to leave the room was so dirty the floors stained and extremely filthy. The bed sheets were old and the room spelled so bad I had to get out of there. It made me gag. Front desk was rather cold and they said I wouldn’t get charged for canceling but then I got a $66 charge on my card that I now have to dispute. Never staying there ever. Also the pictures of the hotel online are deceiving and don’t show that the entrance to each room is outside.
