Bedbugs Bed bugs. Disgusting place to stay, regret not sleeping in my car

There was mold on the shower curtain. Beds are not very comfortable.

Not too happy☹️ No remote for TV. They found one and told me I can come get it rather than them bring it to me. Wash cloth had reminence of dirt on it. They charged me again for the room and now I have to wait three to four days for the refund. I asked them when we checked in if I was paying again and they resoonded no. Next day I had been hit again.

Very dirty room, would not recommend or stay here again

I paid for a queen studio I got a two full beds, so l had to push the beds together, they said I had to wait another hour for a queen because they hadn’t cleaned it yet and the girl checking in patrons had to clean the room, it was already 7pm(all rooms should’ve been clean) and the shower wouldn’t drain and my partner had to take a bird bath from the sink

Sleepless in Kansas City That bed was like sleeping on an ironing board, the walls were paper thin and people were coming and going all hours of the night.

Terrible stay Short staffed, a/c didn't work, had to wait an hour to get another room, dirty rooms, burn holes in sheets, dirty shower, no iron.... overall worst experience ever.
