I stayed for 9 days. My room flooded badly from a mistake made by the irrigation system people on day 4. Nobody helped me clean it up or cared that my carper was wet. The next day. I killed 4 spiders on my bed and everyday day after that they got worse coming out of my suitcases on the floor and walls and loved my bed. I let the staff know and was given a can of ant & roach killer then told I could swap my sheets if I brought them to the faculty laundry room as long as they had some clean. Did not stay Upon arrival, we were informed our room was upstairs in the back. No information provided on where to park or any info on way to room. During our walk to the room, we encountered 2 people, in hallway and next their rooming, smoking. Security guard walked by without saying anything and signs stating no smoking within 100 feet were ignored. Entered room and could instantly smell cigarette smoke from an earlier occupant. Comforter and extra blanket were both stained. Long term Residents of the hotel used common areas to lounge around, drink their coffee, smoke, etc. 2 of them sat on the stairs right outside of my room and were kissing and just loitering. The manager stopped and chatted with them so it was obvious it was not discouraged. At 5am the same man was out there smoking and coughing; woke me up. Made me feel uncomfortable coming in and out of my room

Over booked the rooms! Reserve 2 rooms and wasn’t able to get the other room. Manager was unprofessional front desk person tried her best help us. Rooms didn’t have any towels

I stay at Extended Stay a few times a year. It’s a cheap clean room with a kitchen, that’s great! Mission’s had no pillowcases. I was told the residents take them for their own households. I used my T-shirt for a pillowcase. I do think they are washing the pillows though because they are very lumpy like they’ve gone through the laundry. The towls were stained. There was no trash can, so I left my used Kleenex’s on the counter (sorry housekeeping!). My curtains would not close all the way because one side was not anchored to ... read more

Won't stay here again. Hot water was broken and was supposed to be fixed the next day. Got back the next night to NO WATER. Staff didn't really seem to care or offer anything other than "it is what it is". Also, our room smelled terrible of pet odors.
