Not happy There was a musty smell in the room and there was hair in the bathtub. It was 2 AM when I checked in so I didn’t inspect the tub until the morning. I didn’t have time to wait, so I checked out without showering. I told the front desk and was told “I’ll notify housekeeping” A minor thing but there was not a trash can anywhere in the room...including the bathroom.

No coffe pot, took hours to get one, no coffee or filters, no pillow cases on pillows, no shampoo, nothing to use in kitchenette, terrible service!!!!!!

Our hotel is designed for guests staying a week or more at a time, who prefer a home-like living experience and they bring their own personal items. Bed was hard as a rock. The 2 pillows were flat as pancakes. They only provided a single towel for shower...there were 2 of us. While the front desk staff was super friendly, the digs were subpar, even for the price. :( we stay at a lot of ESAs and this was by far the most disappointing. We checked out early so we could stay somewhere else.

The room was very disappointing. Linens on bed were to small, towels small and only 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel, yet 2 bath towels. No shampoo, no dishes or glasses or coffee cups and no coffee maker. Yet it is a stove, microwave and refrigerator . Felt damp and not clean or fresh. Will never stay there again!!!

Our room was very stinky. There was no closet door just a curtain to pull across the opening. There was rust in the bathtub and on the microwave. The worst part was getting out of the shower only to discover there was no hairdryer. The bed was hard and pillows very bumpy. Needless to say we will never stay there again. Especially after waking with head & back pain.

Dont stay The room was a mess cigarettes all over the place trash bag in middle of room lady at front was rude about it

The assistant manager Phil, was rude and did not properly check us in. Then he changed the room we were supposed to be in even though we told them we wanted the same room for the entire stay. This caused a hit with travelocity by saying we were a no show. The rooms were ok, but there were no coffee makers, no cups and you had to go to the office to get new towels. The cleaning staff would only clean the room if you requested it and the sheet in the room said it would cost $10 to get an additional clean beyond once per week. ... read more
