Disappointed Confusion at front desk at check in. They could not verify our quoted costs. Bathroom shower faucet broken. Overhead light near the closet had no globe. Trash containers on the outside were always full—never emptied. Extra pillows on top of the bed had no pillow cases. These had to be retrieved from the front desk. The beds were comfortable but the overall surrounding certainly needed some attention to details.

My hotel room was left nasty. It was almost like I could tell what the other guests did before they left.

I reserve the room with a option of paying at hotel upon arrival the lady clerk took at least 20 minutes to service me and then told me I couldn’t pay when I told her that I could pay

The Customer service was Good, due to my room being dirty spotting hairs in tub and on toilets after reviewing 5 rooms finally just took one. I like Extended stay but this one was Nasty.

Dirty, blood stains room dusty police activity homeless ppl squating

They switched me rooms because my kitchen light went out (in the time I left to the store and came back) & it was pretty dark in there. The front desk lady was nice & was very helpful. BUT!! As I get to my new room it’s just dirty. The kitchen and bathroom seemed wiped down but the carpet and sheets were horrible! I felt like I was itching the whole night. Little black hairs all over the sheets. Stains on the covers. I barely slept! I meant to stay at a different location & ended up sticking around. Never again! I don’t care... read more
