Very bad Hotel Not clean not save don’t go to this hotel

Would not stay here- dirty and falling apart Room was not clean. Dried jalapeño on the floor and popcorn. Bathroom floor was not clean. Build up of dirt behind door when door was shut. Bathtub was peeling. The table legs were very loose and table about to break. The main door had been ‘trimmed’ and there was 1/2 to 1 inch gap that the door did not touch door frame.

it was not clean, smiles like smoking, costumers not clean, fells like a dirty place, no plates or cups...

Don’t know why but I was given the handicapped room on the 3rd floor. It was located directly in the middle of the floor. Not even close to the elevators. Most of the lights cords were so twisted that they didn’t work plugged in. Found nasty wadded up tissues and candy wrappers behind the bed side table where the outlet was to connect the screwed up lights. Staff didn’t seem to care about anything. They couldn’t answer any questions I asked about whether I was paying extra for a non-smoking handicapped room. When I requested... read more

Clean my room please! The carpet was filthy. Come to find out rooms are only cleaned once a week. We did not get cleaning service our entire trip, nor did we get clean towels. We had to go down to the counter to pick up anything we needed. The room needed a deep clean from the floors up.

Horrível Cheiro muito forte de cigarro em todo hotel inclusive nos quartos , insuportável. Banheiro sujo com insetos , lençol furado . Não recomendo

I have been an Orbitz member for several years and have booked many flights, hotels, and rental cars using Orbitz.com. I have remained a member mainly because I have usually received good customer support. Unfortunately my most recent booking has been an appalling experience.
