A Cold Shower!! Upon arrival I noticed that there were no Handicap doors, making it difficult to Enter with medical equipment and bags! Then I enter in to the room to use restroom and I then have to locate the cleaning lady for supplies to clean toilet and floor because it was dirty. Then I went to turn on thelamp and there was no light bulb in two of the lamps . So then I had to open the curtain .i had a meal that I heated in the microwave and went to eat and there were no forks. No alarm clocks, no one mentioned breakfast.... read more

Not a chance I will return We just moved into town and we needed a plane for the couple of first days until our house was ready. At check in the ladies were very rude and made it seem like an inconvenience for me to be checking in. That same lady seemed to be staying at the hotel and whenever I needed help she would, in her house slippers and pj bottoms, just waiting behind the desk and help herself while a line with one lady was behind the desk. Terrible experience No ice or cups. Kitchen, but no utensils. Not even a glass for water. Man across the hall had dogs that barked. This man walked the halls cussing loudly late at night. This place does not make you feel safe.

Expectations No towels until certain time. Bed and pillows horrible. Bathroom not clean. Found another guests mail in room. Bugs coming out of heater. Never another EXTENDED STAY for me.!!!!!

Very bad The cleanliness of the hotel is very very very bad. I am surprised by the level of cleanliness.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. Showed up to check in, didn't have our name down (ok, could have been hotels.Com fault). Woman gets us checked in - our room has TRASH EVERYWHERE, food on the counter and smells like dog urine. They move us to a room upstairs and the toilet is clogged and about to overflow. I will never stay or recommend this place to anyone.

keep track of cleanliness STAFF AT FRONT DESK WAS KIND, BUT THE OVER ALL CONDITION OF HOTEL WAS NOT CLEAN. SMELLED OF SMOKE, EVEN THOUGH THEY CLAIM TO BE A NON-SMOKING HOTEL. FIRST ROOM GIVEN FOR THE NIGHT WAS NOT EVEN CLEANED FROM PREVIOUS ATTENDANT. SECOND ROOM FELT LIKE THE CLEANING STAFF IS TO MUCH OF A HURRY AND DOES NOT PROPERLY CLEAN, FOR I FOUND CHANGE ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR IN THE CORNERS AND THINGS LEFT BEHIND BY PRIOR OCCUPANTS.

Needs an update The room I was in smelled of smoke. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were small and flat. No coffee maker.
