Please avoid this hotel We assumed this hotel would be basic and "no frills" but we were very disappointed from start to finish. Some of the issues were: 1) Clerk was having unprofessional conversations with other patrons at check in. 2) Room had horrible smoke smell which was worst in the bathroom when the fan/light was on. 3) Dirty dishes in the hall outside some rooms were there from the time we checked in until we left. 4) Shower was leaking. 5) Mold around the tub faucet. 6) Hair and dust in almost every corner of all r... read more

Staff was rude Staff was rude on multiple occasions and was not at all accommodating in resolving a reservation dispute.
Disappointing No washcloths in the room. Had to ask 3 times and wait 24 hours to get 2 washcloths because there was a waiting list. No hot water in the bathroom sink(not that it didn't get warm, there was no water when turned to hot). No housekeeping during our stay. Mold in the tub. Bad smell in the room. The clerk who checked us in had rotten teeth and bloody holes in her face. I never want to use the mystery hotel discount again.

Never going back Our original room was covered in pizza boxes, beverages, and other things. I went back to the desk to get another room and the beds in that room looked they were slept on. It was the worst experience ever. There was only 1 person working and she looked beyond stressed. The hotel was dirty and had a gross smell. The free breakfast was coffee and oatmeal packets.

Just no I have stayed here before and didn't have a problem buthat this time I was severely disappointed. The shower control was broken. The heating and air system hadn't been cleaned in forever. There was debris on the front of it. The hallways were littered with trash. Never again will I stay here.
Kind of run down... had a couple of roaches wandering around also.

Very dissatisfied Room had not been cleaned properly and so it was dangerous to my health; there was a great deal of throw up on bed and Floor from previous client, toilet stopped up, sheets were stained. That's what I could see it made me worry about what I could not see. How could a cleaning person miss all that. We were given a nother room, but our trust had been lost and even those sheets had stains.
Hotel staff unaware and incompetent. More customer service training needed to improve the confidence of the hotel brand.
