Housekeeping missed cleaning the room for over 7 days twice. I had to bring it to their attention.

Clean rooms but trouble with staffing When I arrived at 7pm for a basic room that had been booked several days in advance, the hotel staff told me that they had no rooms clean because the housekeepers had called off sick that day. I then had to wait until 830pm for a room, along with several other customers. The room was clean when I finally got in it. Disappointing There was no hot water in the room. The toilet would not flush. very loud in the halls.

Avoid this hotel Rest room doors cant be locked :( Bed sheets were having holes :( Continental breakfast contains biscuit and coffee. Receptionist were not at all friendly. Better avoid this hotel. I have seen the manager replies to every review that he will take of the issues next time. I think its better he spend some time looking into those issues rather replying.

Trash everywhere. The rooms were filthy, garbage under the beds, including a used adult toy. There wasn't a breakfast as advertised, and no dishes in the rooms.

Would not stay here again. Very unpleasant smell in the room and through the hotel...possibly cooking smells? Not sure, but it was unpleasant. Did not look like the bathroom had been cleaned. Had to go down to the front desk to ask for toilet paper as there was none in the room. Tried calling the front desk, but no answer. The door was all scratched up, I guess from a dog? Not sure. This hotel is not clean the rooms was nasty

It was not a pleasant stay. It was not pleasant from the start. We did not receive the room we booked. Then there was a awful sewage smell. It smelled so bad that it almost had us throwing up. We had our young children (ages 6 and 4) with us and there were people walking around talking about inappropriate things and other adult stuff that should not be mention in front of children that age. Unclean room Upon arrival the room was not clean. Bed unmade, bathroom dirty and table dirty.
