Never will stay again Hotel isn't that old, but as alot of wear. Staff was very unfriendly!! Breakfast was very disappointing, oatmeal and cereal bars.....

Dirty hotel, bad neighborhood.

Very unpleasant Not the best for comfort...its also very outdated...has a foul smell in the unit that made the stay unpleasant...there were a group of individuals loitering outside in front as well as on the front lawn. They decided to set up lawn chairs and blast music from their cars and drink. The employee nor manager thought enough to inform them to atleast take their party inside of their rooms instead of being in front of a business.

Roach Motel I chose this hotel because it was listed as newly remodeled. Not true. There was a blood stain on the carpet, one of the light fixtures was missing from the ceiling, only one of the bedside lamps worked, my shoes stuck to the kitchen floor, there were no plates, utensils, coffee maker, etc. there was some kind of blue stuff in the bottom of the bath tub. Last, but certainly not least, there were roaches. I have never stayed in a place that was this disgusting.

Too many rat droppings We checked in late, so we got to experience an obvious drug abuser at the front desk. After first telling us she wouldn't be able to give us a room and us reminder her we already paid through Expedia, she "found" us a room. When we finally got to the room, we found rat droppings in many places around the room. We would have left, but it was 1am on a long trip back home. The hotel needs to be closed...

Truck broken into in parking lot. I'll never stay in another extended stay again. This isnt hypebole, I mean it. Building, staff and cleanliness were actually fine. Trouble is who you get as neighbors. Laborers, drifters, probably drug dealers, all the usual extended stay crowd. 3am one night, some girl got kicked out of her room by her boyfriend, was ranting and raving and beating on the door for 20 minutes. Please avoid this hotel We assumed this hotel would be basic and "no frills" but we were very disappointed from start to finish. Some of the issues were: 1) Clerk was having unprofessional conversations with other patrons at check in. 2) Room had horrible smoke smell which was worst in the bathroom when the fan/light was on. 3) Dirty dishes in the hall outside some rooms were there from the time we checked in until we left. 4) Shower was leaking. 5) Mold around the tub faucet. 6) Hair and dust in almost every corner of all r... read more

Staff was rude Staff was rude on multiple occasions and was not at all accommodating in resolving a reservation dispute.
