Not up to expectations To be recently renovated it lacked in cleanliness and working amenities.

No hair dryer No hair dryer, even cannot borrow one from front desk......very inconvenient.

First we were changed from our original hotel to this one. The location was right in the heart of K.C so that was great but we did not recieveven any room service so our beds and towels were not changed for 3 days. It was a suite but did not have any utensils, and the wi fi never connected.

:( Picked for proximity to the people we were visiting. Will stay further away next time. So NOT a good hotel. Make sure you understand the amenities.

Room was ready when we arrived, which was good. The room was clean. However,the bed was very uncomfortable. They did not change the bedding or bring in new towels, soap, etc. The breakfast only had snack type foods not a full fled breakfast like I would have expected. Overall experience was descent. I would rate it a 4.0 out 10.

BAD, BAD, BAD It was the worst experience I have ever experience. Shower was dirty and the bed look like it had not be changed. The worst, I woke up to ants or bugs all over the nightstand and all over my snacks. The coffee had large black things in it. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Praying there wasn't anything in my clothes. I'm waiting on my refund.

If you're thinking about staying here... don't two things...1) Ants 2) We booked via hotels.com two weeks in advance and at 5:30 the day of check in I received an email letting me know my room was no longer available. I didn't receive the email and found out when I arrived around 9:00pm. THEY GAVE THE ROOM I RESERVED AWAY!!! SERIOUSLY??? LUCKILY, they had a room available with a smaller bed. I originally planned to bring the kids but glad I didn't.

Stay anywhere else. My room was never cleaned after the last guest with bed unmade, trash and wet towels strewn. Upon explaining this to the attendant, she rolled her eyes and made a comment not wanting to clean another room. I asked her for sheets to make it myself. Terrible service and appalling conditions.
