Worthless Smells really bad. It's something typical for the Extended Stay hotels. They are willing to change more than it's worth every time
Sticky floor, unsweetened tea Walked into the room and the my shoes were sticking to the floor, there was no soap, no shampoo, short curly hairs in the tub and the bathroom sink. Nobody made up the room for 3 days, we had to go to the desk to get clean towels. But the good news is there was a half full gallon of sweet tea in the fridge!!! We left a half of steak in there when we left, at least the next guy will have a snack while drinking the sweet tea.

Wasn't impressed. Everything was pretty average. The big disappointment was the free "breakfast" which consisted of a granola bar. Seriously?!
Horrible I always stay here and have never had a problem, until my last stay. There was ants in my rooms and I also had mold on my pillow. Yes true I didn't call down and say anything when we were there. I'm 3 months pregnant and didn't have the energy to move to a different room. So I waited and called the next day to speak with a manager she was very rude! Terrible place to stay Our room was ready since 8 am. And we got a attitude from the front end guy saying we weren't allowed to check in till 3 pm. Within an hour of getting checked in place gets robbed. No calls to the room saying stay in the room. Or what's going on. Then when I call they give me a attitude lie about what happened and never call saying if it's safe to come out. Rooms where decently clean the housekeeping lady on her phone the hole time. Dirty and Smelly While the staff was very friendly, it couldn't make up for the condition of the property. The facility is dirty and holds onto strong food smells in the rooms. All carpets have significant stains which makes the overall appearance even worse. We would have left and found another hotel if there had been time prior to the concert we were attending. Not a nice hotel!!! We had trash left in our room from the other guess under beds. We were given a smoking room then when I asked for non-smoking room. ( I have asthma ) Then some of the staff was very rude.. Wasn't a plesent stay will never stay at and extended stay again.

in an emergency only! This hotel needs to be deep cleaned and updated. Our room was to be non-smoking yet it smelled of smoke and the hallways were AWEFUL and smelled of smoke as well. The room smelled so bad that when we got home we had to spray down EVERYTHING with febreese. The price we paid for that room we need to be reimbursed for one night as it is over priced for what you get. The bathrooms were dirty, the shower wasn't even cleaned well.

Stuck here 2 nights. BathroomBathroom sink & shower moldy (see photos). Big stains on carpet outside door, resembling blood. Kitchenette with no utensils. Not even a glass! Check in man at front desk ignored me 5 min saying he had to finish something up when I was only one there.
