Rooms smelled bad Tried more than one room but both smelled bad like somone had been smoking in it a lot
Not a pleasant stay. Requested kitchen items when we checked on. Never got any. Oh they (dishes ) are in the dishwasher. Heat and air did not work right. No ice maker & never gave us any ice trays. Will not stay with them again!!.

Not happy ants on the counter. dried urine on the toilet seat. Nasty hairs in the tub. 2 hairs on my sheet. I always bring my own disinfectant. it's a good thing I had it. won't stay there again.

this Place IS A Complete JOKE The air unit in the room didn't work sounded like a Airplane taking off the room stunk was downgraded from a non smoking KIng Room to A Smoking Queen room the carpets were dirty the entire place was dirty the phone in the room didn't work to call and complain DO NOT STAY HERE THE BATES MOTEL IS BETTER !!!
the only thing that was good about this hotel is that it was convient, i do not believe the room was clean before i got there, we found glasses in the bed, and the room had a wierd smell, i bought candles and washed my bedding myself.

Worthless Smells really bad. It's something typical for the Extended Stay hotels. They are willing to change more than it's worth every time
Sticky floor, unsweetened tea Walked into the room and the my shoes were sticking to the floor, there was no soap, no shampoo, short curly hairs in the tub and the bathroom sink. Nobody made up the room for 3 days, we had to go to the desk to get clean towels. But the good news is there was a half full gallon of sweet tea in the fridge!!! We left a half of steak in there when we left, at least the next guy will have a snack while drinking the sweet tea.

Wasn't impressed. Everything was pretty average. The big disappointment was the free "breakfast" which consisted of a granola bar. Seriously?!
