Cockroaches infestation.

Better off going to super 8 this place is nasty smells like cigarettes and the carpets and drapes are dirty and nasty. The room was super hot when I got in. For it to be $200 for 2 nights plus $100 deposit is ridiculous! Staff is never around and the elevator is nasty too.

The facility smelled like cigarettes and smoke. The smell lingered on your clothing once you left the building. The room was very outdated and not all the way clean. When asked for house keeping to come in and clean up a little more was informed that house keeping was not on staff. I had to clean the room up myself which is very inconvenient when I had to pay my money to stay here I should at least have house keeping on staff. Poor quality We had to call the hotel three times to get them to come to the desk for checkout, the bed was awful and the whole place smelled like pot. There was nothing nice about this hotel.

I ended up with bed bug bites all over my body. I told the front desk attendant, and was told to wait for the manager. Talked to him only to be told that they would investigate the day after. There was no apologies given, and he didn’t even attempt to accommodate us. I will never return to this location. I’m also seeking a lawyer to sue. I have photo and video evidence.
