I requested a different room when i found out my door does not lock or shut properly. The staff member came down to look at it and she would have maintenance fix it right away, this never happened nor did they assign me a different room. This is a very sketchy hotel. There was also moldy bread left in our room and dried macaroni noodle in the bathroom. Also the toilet and sink kept clogging up and not draining properly.

Take the loss Don't try to modify your date, or try to make changes, you will just have to take the loss. It was literally 30 minutes after booking and the staff would not allow the changes to be made. Never again So the room was paid for and never used.

It troubles me when a hotel has me sign a paper that basically says that I'm only staying for a short time and not "moving in." The carpet was clearly never cleaned, there are questionable stains on all 3 chairs in the room, a lego man head was superglued to the table in the room, there were obvious signs of holes being shoddily spackled over, poor lighting in the halls, mismatched furniture, holes in the sheets, water pressure in shower was low, check out took about 15 mins because the hotel was experiencing network problem... read more

Promise a lot, deliver nothing. We understood from the description of the room we rented that we would have a fully stocked kitchen? There are so many issues with this motel. This sums it up for me. After check in , I asked where guest coffee and ice were. They offer neither. For ice I was told there are ice trays in the freezer (empty of course). At 7:30 pm I filled the trays and placed them in the freezer, at 11:00 they were half frozen. I had ice cubes for breakfast?

There were empty liquor bottles and all sort of other paraphernalia littered around the grounds. The rooms had an odor, but they were clean. The hallway carpet was stained throughout. The staff was friendly, but couldn't make up for the condition of the property.

Horrible pot smell for smoke-free Horrible marajuana / hemp smell outside and throughout hotel. This was marketed as a non-smoking hotel.
