Was charged additional $100 deposit on card that has not been returned yet a week later. Carpets in hallway stained and appeared dirty.

Saw dead insects and spider webs near entrance door. Carpet was very dirty inside the room and hallway to the room. Bed was the only thing comfortable.

The room had a bad smell and the carpet was wet. Some parts of the room was also dusty I left the place with a flu.

We got there and the floors to our room weren’t even swept, the bed had hairs all over it, the room smelled horrible, the bath tub was dripping, and there were little black specks all over the bed that showed signs of there being bed bugs. We did not stay in the room but 15 minutes and left. The front staff was super nice and helpful and didn’t give us any fuss about a refund.
