DO NOT STAY HERE. When we booked we asked for early check-in. Regular check-in was 3pm, we got there at 2:45 and the single male staff memeber was rude and said we do not have early check-in policy. An hour later they let us get checked-in. Room was dirty. Staff ... when they could be found, were terrible. We almost missed the 4:30pm Saturday wedding we went to Kansas City for. Would never consider staying here again. Staff should all be fired.

Pull sheets back to see what you sleep under When I got in the room the stove wasn't working but they came and flip the switch and made it work okay but then when I try to take a shower the next day the curtain was dirty it was on backwards and the walls were filthy I don't know whose cleaning those rooms with they're not doing a good job and under the cabinets in the kitchen area there were so many unused bags from like Target and Walmart and other places just sitting underneath there it was ridiculous not to mention when I... read more

The area is convenient & staff are always nice but the rooms need more dedication to cleaning!! Floors weren’t swept, sheets smell like mildew. If I’m paying for a room it should at least be clean.

my nephew could not get the paint right on the room and it was like 12:15 and they said they were kicking him out or they were calling the police. Instead of being helpful they were very rude in disrespectful and I'll never go there again and I suggest no one else either

There were people smoking in the hotel and fighting and

Proximity was the only thing I liked. The room was poorly cleaned. A door knob fell off in my hand. The shower lever was broken. The clerk was wearing a track suit and only said two words to me. Paint was chipping in the elevator and hallways.

Was never checked in correctly and then service desk pounding on the door at 2am to provide proof I checked in. Then was charged 3 times for 1 night!!

I have traveled a lot in my life but have never stayed in a place that was so bad. the lock on my door was broken the room was not clean, the lighting was terrible and the place was creepy. after an hour I left. I went to the front desk but no one was there so I left the keys in the room and booked at another hotel. I would like a refund of my nights stay. You all need to do some work on the hotel to make it habitable.
