Clerk was not neatly dressed, attitude unpleasant, which gave me a indication of what the stay would be like. There was a man on the outside knocking a window trying to get inside. Also when we got to our room the windows where raised, filthy bed, filthy floor, filthy chair, full of cigarette smoke odor, I would never stay at this property.

Nightmare Says nonsmoking but place is Smokey Very dirty Basically a dump Checked in under a cancelled reservation!
It was just very dirty , would not recommend going to this place it is very disgusting

My room was dirty. Urine in toilet. Bed had been made up with dirty sheets. The chair in room cover in layers of filth. I had to call office to get more sheets and it took her a bit bit she brought up sheets but didn’t have pillow cases. She was super nice though. She had to lift bed so I could pull off the nasty bed skirt. I took photos.

着いた瞬間に、「予約した?部屋は満室よ」と言われました。エクスペディアで予約したのだが、と言っても取り付く島もなく(英語で早口で話されよくわからなかった)、お金ももう払ったのだが…と言っても返金してくれる様子も無し。ホテルの内外には雰囲気の悪そうな黒人がたむろしており、カウンターの女性も上下ほとんど前歯が無く、明らかに異様な雰囲気だったのでその場から立ち去りました。正直に、最悪でした。お金、ポイント、全て返してほしいです。すぐに他のホテルを予約しました。
